Challenge

A QSR brand aimed to boost its digital marketing effectiveness and sought to increase its in-store visits and app downloads through targeted advertising. The brand hoped to leverage Meta's latest tools and best practices to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Strategy

GRADIANT and the QSR brand implemented a two-pronged approach: First, we adopted Meta's Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC) for non-purchase campaigns. This AI-driven tool automates audience targeting, budget allocation and creative optimization. Second, we integrated Meta's Conversions API (CAPI), establishing a direct server-to-server connection for enhanced data accuracy and ad performance tracking.

Results

Implementing Meta’s advanced advertising tools yielded significant improvements – the QSR brand increased conversions and boosted app downloads – all within a month! Leveraging ASC and CAPI, the chain substantially improved its digital marketing efficacy, driving more potential customers to its physical locations and increasing app engagement.
